The brand of Roson has become synonymous with quality and innovation. During the visit to Indonesia, Roson CEO George Chen, our Overseas Department manager Jacky Huang, Sales Manager Litart Lee, and After-sales manager Mr Wen visited our exclusive agent—Global Dent.

And we have the chance to know more about the history between the Roson and Global Dent, and the vision for the future of the global dental industry.

Our meeting with the client was not just a normal discussion but a journey through time that revealed the brand’s beginnings and relentless efforts to grow.

The first day was a business visit where we had a comprehensive business review and in-depth discussions about future cooperation. We introduce new products, provide after-sales training, and exchange ideas. In addition, we apply our expertise to the construction of the exhibition site for the show of IDEC, assisting with the preparation of equipment installation to ensure a great experience for attendees.

When we attended IDEC shows, we not only had the opportunity to show our exceptional dental unit A3 but also gained valuable insights into our competitors’ products. Throughout the day, we answered questions from dentists, engaged in enlightening communication with potential clients, and conducted interviews.

During the interview, we took this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to our valued customers and their support over the past 17 years. They are particularly proud to highlight the design of our dental unit A3, EOW disinfection system is a spotlight innovation that shows our commitment to hygiene and safety.

Dental clinic visit

In addition to the IDEC show, we visited a dental clinic to get firsthand usage experiences from our end users. The visit went very well and the customers were very satisfied with our products and services.

As our conversation progressed, Global Dent shared their insights into the dental equipment market. In recent years, Korean brands have undoubtedly gained attention, and their products have attracted the attention of many professionals. However, our clients have a strong belief in the rise of Chinese dental brands, including the Roson brand.
